Refund & Return Policy

1. Quality Guarantee

Savant Lube stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. All products undergo rigorous quality control testing before shipment. We are ISO 9001 certified and manufacture to API and ACEA international standards.

2. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Buyers are encouraged to arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) before shipment. We welcome factory visits and pre-shipment sampling. Sample orders are available for quality verification before bulk orders.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product does not match agreed specifications
• Manufacturing defect confirmed by independent lab testing
• Wrong product shipped (our error)
• Product damaged during transit (must be noted on delivery receipt)

Returns for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind, market conditions) are not accepted for bulk B2B orders.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with order number and photos/videos of the issue
2. Our quality team will review and respond within 3 business days
3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (wire transfer, L/C, or as agreed in the sales contract). Any bank charges are shared equally unless the error is ours.

6. Shipping Damage

For goods damaged in transit, the buyer must note the damage on the delivery receipt and provide photographic evidence within 48 hours. We will work with the shipping company and provide replacement or refund as appropriate. We recommend all buyers purchase cargo insurance.

7. OEM / Private Label Orders

Custom OEM and private label orders are non-returnable once production has begun, unless the finished product does not match the approved pre-production sample. Pre-production samples must be approved in writing before mass production.
